Charles Kneuper

Charles Kneuper is the Texas state rangeland management specialist for the Natural Resources Conservation Service. He has worked in the Brownwood, Hamilton, Gatesville, and Meridian field offices and the Weatherford zone office. He has also completed details as the state rangeland management specialist in California and as the national rangeland management specialist.
